Return unopened items within 15 days from the invoice date for a full refund of original purchase price. Herbamed Ltd is NOT responsible for return postage; any shipping charges or applied fees.
*Wholesale quantities are not eligible for this policy, and we are not liable to issue any refund for opened items, however, orders returned unaltered will receive a full refund (shipping Excluded)
If for any reason your package is refused by you or your country, any shipping charge or fees imposed by the shipping carrier to return your order, will not be included with the refund.
Any orders abandoned by you, the shipping carrier, or your country for any reason- including lack of import permits, precriptions, or because the item is banned by your country WILL NOT be refunded.
